I can easily say that my mood has changed drastically in the past couple days.
First of all, I posted a talent for hire ad on the radio job website. Apparently, I wrote such a kickass ad that this morning I woke up, checked my e-mail, and got a message from a guy who wants to hire me. This is especially great because a couple days, ago, I was willing to cash in my chips and move on. A few snags about this job offer:
1. It's in northern Alberta. Quite literally, an oil town the middle of nowhere.
2. I'm not crazy about the company it's for. Scratch that, I have a problem with everything else owned by this guy, I don't really have a problem with their radio division.
Beyond that, I have one more session for driving school. All I have to do is the in-car training. One snag with that: the guy who will be teaching me is not my classroom instructor. This might fuck me up a little. We'll see how it goes.
